Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup hot brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp unsalted grass-fed butter
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • Sweetener to taste optional
  • Pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder optional

Method
 

  1. Brew your coffee hot and fresh.
  2. Add butter, MCT oil, and vanilla extract to the coffee.
  3. Blend using an immersion blender or regular blender until frothy.
  4. Add sweetener or sprinkle of cinnamon/cocoa if desired.
  5. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use heavy cream instead of butter or experiment with flavored MCT oils for variety.
