Method
- Brew your coffee hot and fresh.
- Add butter, MCT oil, and vanilla extract to the coffee.
- Blend using an immersion blender or regular blender until frothy.
- Add sweetener or sprinkle of cinnamon/cocoa if desired.
- Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use heavy cream instead of butter or experiment with flavored MCT oils for variety.
