Ingredients
  

  • Fresh strawberries – 250 g sliced
  • Bananas – 2 medium about 240 g, sliced
  • Greek yogurt – 400 g
  • Granola – 120 g
  • Honey or maple syrup – 30 g 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract – 2 g ½ tsp
  • Whipped cream – 60 g optional
  • Fresh mint leaves – a few optional for garnish

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice the strawberries into small pieces.
  2. Peel the bananas and cut them into thin round slices.
  3. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add a spoonful of yogurt to the bottom of serving glasses or jars.
  5. Layer strawberries and banana slices over the yogurt.
  6. Sprinkle a layer of granola on top for crunch.
  7. Repeat layers of yogurt, fruit, and granola until the glasses are full.
  8. Finish with whipped cream, extra strawberries, and mint leaves if desired.
  9. Serve immediately or chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use ripe bananas and sweet strawberries for the best flavour.
Add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
You can substitute Greek yogurt with coconut or dairy-free yogurt.
Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey according to taste.
Parfaits are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
