- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, eggs, onion, garlic, and cheddar cheese.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread sugar-free ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until fully cooked and juicy inside.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 8–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use a mix of ground beef and ground pork for extra juiciness.
Do not overmix the meat to keep the texture tender.
You can add chopped mushrooms for more moisture and flavor.
