- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and cream cheese then stir until smooth and creamy.
- Sprinkle xanthan gum and whisk to slightly thicken the sauce.
- Add shredded chicken and vegetables then season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture into a baking dish evenly.
- In a bowl mix almond flour, baking powder, egg, and mozzarella to form dough.
- Spread or drop the dough evenly over the chicken mixture as topping.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

You can swap vegetables based on keto preference.
Rotisserie chicken works great for faster prep.
Add cheddar cheese for extra flavor richness.
